Return Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied, as part of our Shock Hitch 60 Day Guarantee, we offer free returns within 60 days of receiving your order.
60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Free Returns Process
- To start a return, contact us. Please give us a call at 587-897-4625 or use our contact us form.
- Receive RMA #. We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with the return shipping label to send the item back.
- Pack it up & ship it back. Pack the item in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts. Re-enforce the packaging if needed to make sure it won’t get damaged in the return shipping process.
- Get a refund or a new item. Once the item is received back and inspected, we’ll issue your refund right away or ship the new item.
Exchanges / Mis-Order Process
- To start an exchange, contact us. Please give us a call at 587-897-4625 or use our contact
us form. - Receive RMA #. We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Pack it up & ship it back. Pack the item in its original packaging. Include all items and note any
missing parts. Re-enforce the packaging if needed to make sure it won’t get damaged in the
return shipping process. (Please note: If it is our error, we will issue you a shipping call tag & pay
the return shipping) - Get a refund. Once the item is received back and inspected, we’ll issue your refund right away.
- Place New Order. Please place a new order for the correct item you need or we can assist you
with doing this. (Please note: If it is our error, we will ship you the correct item once we have
confirmed the incorrect item has been checked into our warehouse). - Please NOTE: For Exchanges, rather than doing an exchange, it is faster and more efficient to refund the original order and then place a new order rather than exchanging the product.
Ship Damage / Lost Package Process
- Ship Damage: If the item arrives with shipping damage, please call us 587-897-4625 or use
our contact us form. We will file a ship damage claim. Please prepare the item for pickup, in case
the shipping carrier wants to inspect it. We will make arrangements to ship a new package out
to you under our shipping policy. - Lost Package: If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received it
yet, please call us 587-897-4625 or use our Contact Us form. We’ll get in touch with the shipper
and track it down. If we can’t locate it, we will ship a new product and handle the lost package
claim with this shipper.
Missing Parts
- If for some reason your order is missing parts, please call us 587-897-4625 or use our contact
us form and we will ship you out the missing parts. - Once the missing parts are shipped; we will email you the tracking.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Custom-made or special order products, unless it’s our fault. Shocker Hitch will cover all costs associated with the return of special orders or custom-made products if you placed an order over the phone and we shipped the wrong item.
- Items that have been modified, drilled, or cut.
- Items outside of our warranty policy
